Thriv Referral Program – Refer a tech talent and get 1000 euros

Do you know a skilled developer, designer or other kind of tech talent who would got what it takes to become an entrepreneur? Or maybe you are friends with an experienced freelancer who doesn’t belong to our talent network yet?

With our Referral Program, you can refer your talented tech friends to us and get a chance to receive a generous 1000€ reward (read terms and conditions*). Please follow these instructions when referring someone:

• Think of a tech talent who could be interested in freelancing. The person can also already be a freelancer who doesn’t belong to the Thriv network yet.
• Send us an email including the name, email, and possible LinkedIn profile link of this techie to talent@thriv.dev.
• If your referral ends up in a project through us, you will receive a reward of 1000€ after the referral has been working in the project for six months.

Terms and conditions

To participate in the referral program, referrers should send the name, email, and possible LinkedIn profile link to talent@thriv.dev. Qualified referrals must be new talents to Thriv. If the referral ends up in a project through Thriv, the referrer will get a reward of 1000 euros. The project of the referral must last minimum six months and the reward will be paid to the referrer six months after the start of the project. From 1.1.2023 onwards, the project allocation needs to be at least 80%. The reward will only be paid once when the referral gets his/her/their first project through Thriv. If the project for any reason ends before six months have passed, the reward will not be paid to the referrer. In order to get the reward, the referrer must send his contact information, social security number and trade income tax card to Thriv. The referrer can send an unlimited number of referrals to Thriv.

Participants give their consent to the use of the information they provide as mentioned above when participating in the referral program. Referrees release Thriv from all responsibility related to receiving or using the reward. Thriv reserves the right to terminate and change the terms of this referral program at any time for any reason.
